    We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:

    • Technical Issues: If you face any technical difficulties accessing our courses or live classes that cannot be resolved within 7 working days of reporting the issue.
    • Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally make a duplicate payment for the same course, we will process a refund for the extra payment after verifying the transaction.
    • Incorrect Course Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the wrong course, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided you have not accessed any course materials.

    2. Refund Process

    To request a refund, please follow the steps below:

    • Email us at support@mathsgurukulam.com with your order details and a clear explanation of the reason for your refund request.
    • Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

    3. Non-Refundable Situations

    Refunds are not applicable under the following conditions:

    • Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind after accessing course content or live classes.
    • Course Completion: Once a significant portion (over 25%) of the course has been completed or the course materials have been accessed.
    • Live Class Misses: If you miss a live class, the recording will be available, and refunds will not be provided.

    4. Course Transfer

    In the event you wish to transfer to a different course:

    • Course transfers can be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
    • Transfers are subject to course availability and the approval of our support team.
    • No additional cost will be incurred if the new course is of the same or lesser value. If the new course is more expensive, you will need to pay the difference.
